EDWARD PACKARD

 

Mayor 1868 – 1869.

 

Member of the Conservative Party.

A member of the established church – Church of England.

Edward moved to Ipswich in 1851 and founded an extensive chemical manure business. He entered the Council in 1865 as one of the representatives of the St. Margaret Ward.
